"Blend & Work Out"


1/2 Avocado

1 Handful frozen broccoli florets* (around 100g)

6 Cubes frozen spinach* (around 200g)

250ml Skim high calcium milk

1 Serving of Whey or Protein Powder

3 Steps:

#1    Put the Spinach/Kale cubes in microwave for 20 seconds.

#2    Chop up the rest of the fruit in small cubes.

#3    Blend all ingredients together for 2 minutes.


* Frozen packets are available in large supermarkets
