"Energy to Swim, Exercise
or Play Golf"
1 Orange or 1 Mango
6 cubes frozen Spinach* or Kale* approx 200g
250ml skim high calcium milk
1 Serving of Protein Powder
#1 Put the Spinach/Kale cubes in microwave for 20 seconds.
#2 Chop up the rest of the fruit in small cubes.
#3 Blend all ingredients together for 2 minutes.
