All Golfers should consider doing some regular exercises , such as Aerobics, Cardo, Swimming and Weight Training to suit your personal objectives.
Many of us maintain excellent condition and well-being by regularly undertaking some form of exercises .. We all still want to continue to Drive the ball further as we play golf over the many years ahead "FORE"!
